Storage space and monthly download limit per player at pisignage.com

Storage space

Every account at pisignage.com is allocated 1 GB of storage per licensed player. If you have 5 licensed players, you are allotted 5 GB of space. Extra storage can be added at any time and is billed monthly from your subscription credits.

Steps to increase storage space (new interface)

1. Open Subscription and License from the left menu. The Available Storage card shows the total, used and extra storage. Press Edit storage.
   
2. The Storage Management dialog shows your current storage status and plan. Press Edit Storage.
   
3. Set the storage you want in GB (a multiple of 2) using the plus and minus buttons. The summary shows the change and the cost: 1 credit per month for every 2 GB, taken from your subscription credits, so your subscription end date moves earlier accordingly. Press Confirm Changes.
   

A reduction takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; an increase is available immediately. In the classic interface there is no storage option; write to support@pisignage.com for extra storage.

Download limit per player per month

Each licensed player allows 10 GB of content downloads per month from the server, counted for the account as a whole (for example 50 GB per month for 5 players). Every 1 GB of extra storage adds 5 GB to this monthly allowance. The counter resets on your billing date. The current month's upload and download figures are shown under Content Upload/Download on the Subscription and License page.

What happens when the limit is reached:

• 80% - a warning email is sent to the account email address.
• 100% - only one deploy per group per day is allowed until the next billing cycle.
• 150% - player downloads are disabled until the next billing cycle.

To continue before the next billing cycle, the download counter can be reset in exchange for credits (1 credit for every 16 GB downloaded) from the Subscription and License page, or write to support@pisignage.com.

Tip: players download only the files they do not already have. To avoid repeated downloads when playlists change often, add a playlist at the end of the group schedule with no days selected that contains all the assets, so the files stay on the player.
