You can show PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations in three ways.
A. Save the presentation as a Google Slides document and add its shareable link under Add Link.
B. Connect your Google or Microsoft account (new interface)
Go to Assets > Add Asset > Connect an account.
- Google Slides - pick a presentation from Google Drive.
- PowerPoint - pick a .pptx deck from OneDrive.
The presentation is converted to PDF, one page per slide, and added to your assets. It is checked for changes every 15 minutes, so edits update the screens automatically. Add it to a playlist like any other asset. It plays on Raspberry Pi, Android and PWA players. To show a whole folder of presentations, images and videos, use Google Drive folder or OneDrive folder.
Notes: slides play as still pages, without animations, transitions or embedded video; use option A for those. A .pptx stored in Google Drive must first be saved as Google Slides. OneDrive decks need no conversion.
C. Export the presentation as images or as a video and upload them. Exporting as video keeps animations and transitions.
