How to delete a player and redeem license

When you no longer need a player, remove it from your account. The license it was using is credited back to your account automatically, so another player can use it.

New interface

1. Open Settings in the left menu and select the Screen Management tab. The Manage Players list shows every registered player with its player ID.

2. Find the player you do not want anymore and click the red Remove player (trash) icon at the right of its row. The player is removed immediately, without a confirmation step, so check the player ID before you click. If you only want to take a player out of service for a while, use the orange Disable player (pause) icon instead; a disabled player stays in the list and the same icon enables it again.

   

Classic interface

Open Settings and scroll down to De-Register a Player. Click the red x next to the player to delete it, or disable to keep it registered but out of service.

Once the licenses are adjusted you may have to register the players which do not have license again.

In case of non-managed players, write to us at support@pisignage.com to delete the player and adjust the license.
