collaborators look soloist

I added a few collaborators.
I expacted that they where able to see  the default plalist I made and had the ability to add their images to show in the same row I already had created.
But they even are not able to see a screen (??)

How in the world are they able to collaborate

  Hi 

  Make sure they use the URL <main installation name>.pisignage.com. Typically you add them as collaborator using new user under add collaborator, this issue will not happen.
