Whenever you change any asset or playlist or settings, goto Group Details screen and press the Deploy button. The players belonging to the group will pull the changes and start playing new playlist.
You can also deploy at a later time (within next 24 hours) by pressing "NOW" button and selecting the time to schedule before pressing Deploy button.
